Jacqueline Fuller: Vice Chairman:  Jacqueline is in charge of Special Event Coordination and Fundraising

Jacque and her husband Fred have lived in Maya Beach for 2 1/2 years.  She became a board member of PHS in May of 2010. Jacque was with SPCA in Texas.  When she left Texas to move to Belize she was Vice President of San Patricio County SPCA. Jacque has three little female dogs, which are spayed adults. Gidget, Bodacious Babe, and Georgia Precious are part of our family. None of our dogs are related by blood or breed, we saw them & wanted to take them home to love. We enjoy all animals.

Deborah Coston: was born in Stann Creek Town, British Honduras. She grew up on a farm in southern Belize, and has always had pets & farm animals; the only Vet was in Central Farms in those days. She was a founding member of the Placencia Humane Society during the late 1990's.   PHS had had two chairs in those days, Jake Roberts covered the southern end of the peninsula & Deborah covered the north end. Deb has several cats of her own, but feeds approximately 27 all together. She also has a dog and  3 parrots which she  has had since 1984. Deborah is also the U.S. Warden for Stann Creek Rural/Placencia areas.

Madalon Richardson, Logo Product Purchasing  & Website Administrator  Madalon & Doug started traveling to Belize from California in 1980 in their Land Rover- -living in their Rover under a palm tree on their property that Doug had purchased in early 1970.

The PHS Board wasn't completely aware of Madalon's devotion and skills when they asked her to take over product sales several years  ago,  She  keeps track of  T-shirts, Tank Tops and coffee mugs to be sold to bring in funds for PHS.  (You can buy PHS T-shirts and Tank Tops from our Products Page.)  Lulu and Lucky are Madalon's loyal canine companions

Cat Harshbarger,  Cat and husband Dale moved to Belize in June of 2005. They flew here straight from the Bahamas with their dog (Carlos) and 5 cats (Amber, Annie, Henrietta, Beep, and Gypsy). After the sudden loss of their beloved dog they were quickly adopted by two stray local dogs, Corky and CoCo-nut. Cat immediately became involved in PHS working with the medical team assisting the vets at the monthly clinics
