The Placencia Humane Society (PHS), is a
Belize not-for-profit corporation, governed by a Board of Directors.
The Board meets quarterly and operations meetings are held each
month.
PHS is committed to
transparency in its work with the Placencia community.
Therefore, minutes of both Board and general membership meetings are
available upon request.
PHS Articles of Association

page. Other legal documents related to PHS will be posted as they are
