If you would like to join the Placencia Humane Society, please print and fill out our Membership Form.

Annual membership dues may be paid by check or MasterCard or Visa. 

Checks:  Checks should be made payable to The Placencia Humane Society and mailed along with your Membership Form to the Placencia Humane Society, General Delivery, Placencia, Belize. (Please do not abbreviate Central America as CA or your membership form and check will end up somewhere in California.)

Credit Cards:  You may use MasterCard or Visa to pay membership dues.

However, our Belize bank requires a faxed authorization when the card holder is not present in Belize.  Therefore, please print, fill out, sign and send back to us both your Membership Form and a Credit Card Authorization Form

You may  scan in the completed and signed forms and email them to us at info@placencia-pets.org

Acknowledgement of Membership:  Your membership will be acknowledged via email, so make sure to include your email address on the form if you have one.

We'll email an acknowledgement to you as soon as we receive your check, fax or email.  (We'll also email a copy of your credit card receipt if you use MasterCard or Visa for your membership dues.

Allow 3-4 weeks for T-shirts to arrive in if you are joining as a Patron or Benefactor.
