Placencia's pets need volunteers in many areas - clinics, children's education, rescues (abused and injured pets), volunteer coordination, administration (bookkeeping, pet records, correspondence), fundraising, construction management and community outreach. 

Basically, if you have a skill, we can use it.  For example, volunteers are needed for:

Clinics

• Bookkeepers

• Vet Assistants

• Pet records coordinator

• Receptionists

Children's Education

• School programs coordinator

• After-school programs coordinator

• Pet training coordinator

Animal Rescue

• First responders

• Foster care providers

• Temporary shelter providers

• First-aid specialists

• Adoption Coordinator

Community Outreach

• Community organizers

• First aid specialists (by neighborhood)
